Lightweight contender Kevin Mitchell was lucky to escape a prison sentence after being found with a butterfly knife in his car during routine checks in his neighbourhood.
Mitchell, who was on his way to training when police stopped him in his silver BMW, was given 100 hours community service and subjected to a three-month curfew for the offence.

Rios knocked down Antillon twice in the third after two rounds of toe-to-toe trading at the Home Depot Center in California. The ref ended the bout when Antillon staggered to his corner after being sent down face-first by an overhand right.
