Harrison: ‘I’ll give boxing one more shot’

Former European heavyweight champion Audley Harrison has vowed to return to boxing after his stint on hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing, claiming he will give the sport ‘one more shot’.

In light of the recent decision by his former friend turned foe, David Haye, to walk away from boxing on his 31st birthday, Harrison confirmed that he would fight on after his time on the show.

Having easily beaten David Haye in his last outing, Wladimir will now face the man Haye beat back in 2007 to unify the cruiserweight division. Since that loss, Mormeck has laboured his way to three wins at heavyweight and not stopped an opponent in five years.

Heavyweight boxer Audley Harrison believes his stint on BBC ballroom dance show Strictly Come Dancing will help him get into shape for his return to the ring in 2012.

Harrison has pilled on the pounds since his crushing defeat to David Haye last year, and the 18st heavyweight says the practice sessions with dance partner Natalie Lowe will be like a training camp for him.
