Mayweather to fight Cotto on May 5
WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather has told the Nevada State Athletic Commission that he will fight WBA light-middleweight super champion Miguel Cotto on May 5.
Mayweather who had his 90-day jail term pushed back till June 1 so he could fulfil a commitment to fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on May 5, was reinstated a license to box in the state at a hearing today.
