Froch: ‘Big night in London would be nice’

WBC super-middleweight champion Carl Froch has spoken about the possibility of a world championship double-header with David Haye in May.

Froch who returns to the ring for his Super Six semi-final clash against Glen Johnson on May 21 has said he will fight anywhere but would like a British show for his fans.

Speaking in his column in the Nottingham Evening Post, Froch said:

Bradley powers through Alexander

Timothy Bradley unified the WBO and WBC light-welterweight titles with a technical-decision win over Devon Alexander in Pontiac Silverdome, Michigan, last night.

The eagerly awaited clash failed to catch fire and it was brought to a premature halt in the 10th round when an accidental headbutt left Alexander with a badly cut eye.
