Train the Muhammad Ali way
Back in 1974 the famous 'Rumble in the Jungle' was one of Don King's first ventures as a boxing promoter. After promising both Muhammad Ali and George Foreman a cool $5 million to fight, he had to find a way to get the money.
Luckily for King, the cash rich president of Zaire stumped up the money for the high profile fight to take place in the capital Kinshasa. The build-up to the fight was documented in such vivid detail that it left a legacy that looks as fresh today as the day it was filmed. Here is an insight into Ali's training regime and a reminder of the wit and fun he injected into the sport. Ali went on to win the fight in the eighth round with a stoppage.
