Saul Alvarez media workout pictures
WBC light-middleweight champion Saul Alvarez worked out in front of the media yesterday ahead of his title defence against Alfonso Gomez this weekend, as the chief support for the massively promoted Mayweather vs Ortiz show.
The young champ showed off his impressive shape at the Westside Boxing Club in Los Angeles, California, revealing he is only three-pounds over the weight limit of 154lbs.
After ripping through 10 rounds of shadow boxing, skipping rope, and hitting the heavy and speed bags, Alvarez said, ‘I am very motivated, I respect Alfonso Gomez, he knows what I have and I know what I have, so it is just a matter to step into the ring and follow the game plan and win the fight.’
